Whether you’re new to the Puff and Fluff community or you’ve been with us for years, it’s important for our team to remain transparent when it comes to our core values. Here at Puff and Fluff, we’re so much more than groomers and expert nail cutters– we genuinely care about animals and we treat each pet like our very own. Across all four of our shop locations, we hold these core values strong and we hope you’ll read through them to get a better sense of who we are:
- Patience: Why is patience on our list of core values? Well, it’s incredibly important to practice patience when caring for animals. We understand that not all animals love the idea of a nice shampoodle and haircut; some pets are more nervous about it than others. Our entire team at Puff and Fluff is trained to handle each pet with patience and care. Additionally, we know that you may have plenty of questions as a pet owner. We’re happy to listen to your concerns and provide you with any information you need!
- Customer Service: Of course, we value our customers and would be nowhere without the loyal folks who keep bringing their pets to us for grooming. That’s why it’s so important for us to have excellent customer service– whether you’re a brand new client or have been coming to us for years, we treat everyone like family. We also offer some pretty pawesome specials for our loyal customers!
- Teamwork: Puff and Fluff would not be in existence if we didn’t have a solid team in place. We work to support each other so that we can provide each client with the absolute best care. It’s through our teamwork that we’ve been successful enough to open four locations and are continuing to grow!
- Transparency: If you’ve got questions, we’ve got answers. The team here at Puff and Fluff strives to be transparent in all aspects of our business. If we notice any behavioral issues or signs of a possible infection in your pet, we’ll let you know immediately. We have pets of our own so we know it can be stressful to leave your pet with a groomer. That’s why we do everything we can to make the process as stress-free and fun as possible!
