Puff and Fluff Spa is a pet grooming and pet sitting business located in Phoenix, Arizona. We currently have four locations in across the valley. Our goal is to provide useful information to pet parents from general safety, grooming tips and even how to give your pet the best nutritional advantage. We are a strong believer that information is key and keeping our furry ones happy and safe. We publish a blog post every week that is authored by our owner and CEO, Liz Illg.

 

Before you submit, check our blog post to see what topics we cover and the style of writing we use. Your submission must:

  • Have a clear delivery/discussion of your chosen topic
  • Be bold and interesting
  • Be written for our ideal audience
  • Follow our style and format

Blog Topics / Rules

Your post should be about 1500 words. We are more interested in “How to” and opinion articles rather than sales or product related articles. We are a group of loving, compassionate individuals, and as such, we do not post blogs that are negative or demeaning in nature. All blog post must be cohesive in format and style while still being unique. If a source is used in your post, you must cite your source; we will not tolerate plagiarism.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Accepted formats: Word document or Google Docs
  • Include “Rockstar Writer” in your subject when submitting.

 

Important editing information: Please know, we reserve the right to edit headlines, body copy and anything else that we need in order for the post to fit our standards. Once a piece is writing is submitted, the writing becomes our property

Average review time: While we would love to include every post we receive, we cannot guarantee all posts will be included on our blog. Due to the very high volume of inquires, it may take up to two weeks to review your post.

How they’ll be notified if my post will be used or not: If your post is accepted, you will receive an email notification. If you do not receive an email within three weeks, it is very likely your post will not be used on our blog. While we would love to notify every person, the volume is just too high. We will not always be able to give feedback on every submission, nor we will let every person know what needed to be changed or improved to make the cut.
